Service

Civil Works

Overview

Civil work covers everything that sits below and around the plant: excavation, PCC and RCC foundations, machine and equipment foundations, plinths, trenches, drains, flooring, boundary and retaining structures, and industrial shed civil work. Work is carried out to the drawings, levels and grades supplied for the job, with materials and mix as specified by the client or consulting engineer. We work on new construction as well as extensions, repairs and strengthening inside running facilities.

Capabilities

  • Excavation, PCC and RCC foundation work
  • Machine and equipment foundations with anchor bolt setting
  • Column footings, plinths, pedestals and retaining structures
  • Industrial flooring, trenches, drains and sumps
  • Brickwork, plastering and finishing
  • Shed and building civil work
  • Repair, strengthening and modification of existing structures

Approach

  1. 01

    Site assessment

We visit the site, take levels and check access, existing structures and working constraints.

  2. 02

    Scope and estimate

Scope, materials and quantities are agreed against your drawings before any work is priced.

  3. 03

    Execution

Layout, shuttering, reinforcement, casting and curing are carried out in sequence with agreed checks at each stage.

  4. 04

    Handover

Finished work is checked against drawing and level, the area is cleared, and the section is handed over for the next activity.
