Learn moreabout Civil WorksService
Industrial and manufacturing work covers the jobs a running plant needs from an engineering contractor: installation and shifting of machinery, fabrication and replacement of worn steel parts, structural repairs, guarding and platform additions, piping and duct supports, and planned maintenance or shutdown work. Jobs are taken up either on a scope basis against drawings or as day-rate site support, with manpower arranged to suit the working hours of the plant.
Requirement discussion
We go through the job at site with your maintenance or project team and note constraints and timing.
Scope and estimate
Work is scoped as a fixed scope or a rate-based job, and the estimate is put in writing.
Execution
Work is carried out within the agreed window, following the permit and safety procedures of the plant.
Handover
The job is checked with your team, the area is cleaned up and clearance is taken.
